Author of Winning the Patent Damages Case and published by Oxford University Press, Richard Cauley's book was recently cited by the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals in the landmark patent damages decision in Lucent Technologies v. Gateway. His upcoming book, the 2nd edition of the same book is due out in early March.
