New Addition to WHGC: Ms. Lindy M. Herman Joins WHGC as an attorney whose practice focus is on trademark law. She has worked on IP-related matters including preparing licensing and confidentiality agreements.

Newport Beach, CA -- It's a pleasure to welcome our newest addition to the WHGC family, Lindy M. Herman. As an attorney practicing trademark law, Ms. Herman has assisted in clients with their domestic and international trademark portfolios including counseling on trademark availability, selection, enforcement and handling all aspects of trademark prosecution.

Ms. Herman has recolved several US and international trademark disputes including inter partes proceedings before the U.S. Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB), domain-name disputes under the Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy (UDRP), managed foreign litigation through foreign counsel and negotiated several related settlements.  

In addition to trademark matters, Ms. Herman advises on copyrightability and has obtained several copyright registrations on behalf of her clients. She also handles intellectual property-related business matters such as preparing work for hire, assignments, licenses and confidentiality agreements.
